This data is used to plan and carry out the booked event.

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected (IP address, browser type, operating system, date/time of access, pages accessed). This data is used exclusively for technical security purposes and is not linked to other personal data.

We process your data on the basis of:

• Contract fulfillment (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDSG): for booking processing and service provision
• Legitimate interests (Art. 31 para. 1 revDSG): for the processing of inquiries and website security
• Consent (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. b revDSG): where you have expressly consented

Your data will not be sold or rented to third parties. Your data will only be passed on if this is necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g. suppliers for events) or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Contact and reservation requests will be deleted after processing has been completed, at the latest after 2 years.
