This experience offers participants a combination of learning and tasting led by a private chef. Visitors will discover authentic Swiss cuisine and make fresh cheese and artisanal butter. They will taste three regional wines and four traditional Swiss cheeses, including both well-known and lesser-known varieties from small family-run cheese dairies.
